To ensure visitor and animal safety during our private tours Wilbur’s Wildlife have a short list of terms and conditions which apply to these bookings.
It is important to note that these bookings only apply to private tours where you are visiting us at our zoo on one of our open day’s. These terms and conditions do not apply when Wilbur’s Wildlife are providing a presentation at your site. Customers booking a visit for us to come to their site will be provided with our terms and conditions at the time of booking.
- Wilbur’s Wildlife reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour at any time. In the instance this occurs guests will be offered a refund or rebooking to the full extent required under Australian consumer law and any other relevant act. This includes but is not limited to any day above 40oC as predicted by the Bureau of Meteorology at 12pm the day before your tour date.
- All participants are required to a hold a ticket and arrive at the specified start time for their tour. Any person who does not have a ticket or does not arrive on time will not be able to participate in the experience.
- All participants in a Wilbur’s Wildlife experience are required to wear enclosed footwear. Any person who arrives without these will not be admitted to the property with no refund issued.
- You agree that while participating in a Wilbur’s Wildlife experience you will follow all instructions given by a Wilbur’s Wildlife staff member or relevant legal authority.
- You agree to sign a waiver that indemnifies Wilbur’s Wildlife from any claim that may arise for injuries or loss of property resulting from your participation in this tour where the cause of the incident was outside the direct control of Wilbur’s Wildlife.
- Wilbur’s Wildlife do not guarantee the ability to see or interact with any specific species as some may be off display or not participating in encounters at that time for husbandry reasons.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking. Refunds will typically not be issued for a change of mind. In the event you can not attend your tour Wilbur’s Wildlife may allow you to rebook on to another tour at our discretion.
- Wilbur’s Wildlife reserve the right to update this policy as required by law or due to changes within our tours. In the event this occurs you agree to Wilbur’s Wildlife contacting you by e-mail to ask you to agree to any new terms and conditions.
This policy is effective from January 1st 2019 until updated or reviewed.
