Weather Policy

Animal comfort comes first! To keep our furry friends happy and healthy, we won't have outdoor presentations when the Adelaide Bureau of Meteorology forecast hits 32°C or above. Indoor shows with air conditioning will still be on! If the temperature soars past 38°C, we'll need to cancel all presentations. We will let you know a week in advance and reschedule with you. Extreme weather like thunder or hail may also cause last-minute show cancellations or postponements for the safety of our animals and presenters.

Cancellation Policy

Wilbur’s Wildlife understand that in some cases circumstances arise which mean it is not possible for a presentation to occur on the booked date. In this case we are happy to work with you on moving the presentation to another suitable date at no added cost.

Any booking cancelled by the client within the week of the presentation will be invoiced 50% of the cost. If cancelled within 24 hours of the presentation start time the full cost will still be payable.

I visited the $5.00 pop-up Wilbur's Wildlife Centre at West Lakes and it was super cute; they let us hold and pat a python, and they had lots of little reptiles/insects to view. The only thing I can fault was the dreary atmosphere however the man who got the python from his enclosure was super sweet.
